Chicken Breast with Coconut sauce

Ingredients

    A Taste of Thai Lite Coconut Milk, 0.125 cup (remove)
    chicken breast, 6 oz (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)
    *White Vinegar, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Tone’s Chicken Bouillon cubes (1 cube), 0.25 serving (remove)
    *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.125 tsp (remove)
    *Garlic, minced, jar, great value, 1 tsp/1 clove, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    Water, tap, .62 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *1/8th tsp Paprika, .5 serving (remove)
    Oregano, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    Bayleafq, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce (Kikkoman low sodium), 2 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 2.25 tsp (remove)
    *minced fresh parsley 1.5 tsp

Directions

In a heavy bottomed skillet, sauté onions and garlic. Add chicken breasts and brown lightly. Do not allow garlic to brown (you might want to add it towards the end of the sauté).
Sauce
In a blender, combine sauce ingredients. Add to skillet. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until chicken is tender.

paprika
oregano
bay leaf
soy sauce (low sodium)
sugar
