Introduction

I found this recipe online and modified it with extra lean ground turkey and low-sodium soy sauce. This burger can be enjoyed on pita bread or on a whole wheat bun (not included in the nutrition content)! Ingredients

    1 package (1.3 lbs) Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix (dry)
    Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    Black Pepper
    Mrs. Dash (not required)

Directions

Makes 4 large burgers.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl; you may want to add a little water to the mixture.

Spray PAM into a large skillet (or the grill) and cook on low/medium; this should take around 10 minutes.
