Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2/5 box Catelli Smart Pasta, any shape
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    4 wedges Laughing Cow Light cheese
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 cup frozen cooked hot broccoli
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    8 large frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and heated

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions and keep warm.
While pasta is cooking, heat milk, cheeses, garlic in a shallow pan and stir until cheese is melted. Do not boil.
Add broccoli and shrimp and heat through.
Drain pasta, pour sauce over and serve immediately.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
