Whole wheat blueberry pancakes

Introduction

I grind my own flour from Soft white wheat - so good you can't tell it's whole grain! I make HUGE pancakes about 7-8 inch in diameter so one is a meal! I grind my own flour from Soft white wheat - so good you can't tell it's whole grain! I make HUGE pancakes about 7-8 inch in diameter so one is a meal!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 cups milk
    3 eggs
    2 TB baking powder
    3/4 tsp salt
    3.5 cups whole wheat flour
    3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions

Combine milk through salt and beat well. Add flour and mix until combined.

Pour onto hot lightly greased griddle (my pancakes are 7-8 inches in diameter) and sprinkle blueberries over the top. I roll each blueberry over to coat with batter. cook until almost firm and very bubbly on top them flip. Cook maybe 1 minute more.

Makes 12 7-8 inch pancakes.
