Peanut Butter Chocolate Pizzart!

My version of Chocolate Covered Katie's Pizzarts.

This one uses defatted peanut flour, a banana rather than oil and stevia to sweeten. A low calorie indulgence!

This one uses defatted peanut flour, a banana rather than oil and stevia to sweeten. A low calorie indulgence!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    15 grams defatted peanut flour
    15 grams ww pastry flour
    60 grams water
    stevia for 2 tsps sugar
    15 grams mashed banana
    5 grams chocolate chips (optional, nutritionals include)
    cinnamon, spices to taste
    vanilla, extracts to taste

Directions

Blend dry (except chocolate), add wet. Pour into @4 inch pie tin/pan, sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake in an unpreheated oven at 420 for 10-15 min until toothpick comes out clean. Or, underbake for gooey cookie dough like consistency!

I used a mini cast iron skillet in my toaster oven.

Serves one. Top with nut butter, jam, etc. or eat nekkid!
