Homemade Breakfast Bowls

Introduction

Breakfast bowls like in diners, but with half the fat, half the salt, and with the same taste. Breakfast bowls like in diners, but with half the fat, half the salt, and with the same taste.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    *2-4 tbsp. Butter (salted or unsalted)
    *2-4 tbsp. All Purpose Flour (this is going on ratios for the gravy mix).
    *Fat-Free or 2% Milk Add until gravy ratio is "right"
    *Eggs (Depending on size of family add 1 more egg than there are people).
    *Sausage by the roll (Flavor is optional, but best with sage).
    *Tater Tots

    Seasoning is optional to taste:

    *Pepper

Directions

Pre-heat Oven to 450 degrees for Tater Tots

Cook sausage first (Grounded)
Drain sausage of all fat (as much as possible).
Cook your gravy mix
Add Sausage to gravy and let sit on LOW.
Cook eggs
When Tater Tots are done, Eggs are done put Tater Tots at the bottom of bowl, put eggs on top, and gravy on top.

*Cheese is optional.
