Quick, Easy, Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups!

Introduction

Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, quick, easy, clean eating peanut butter cups that taste amazing! They are also great with almond butter instead of PB. Gluten-free, refined sugar-free, quick, easy, clean eating peanut butter cups that taste amazing! They are also great with almond butter instead of PB.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 tbsp coconut oil
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa or carob powder
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp agave nectar or maple syrup (to taste)
    1 tsp nut butter (Pb, Almond, etc)
    pinch coarse sea salt

Directions

Mix melted coconut oil and cocoa powder together until smooth, then mix in agave nectar. Pour a little bit into the bottom of 3 mini paper baking cups, and put into the freezer for 1-2 mins. Take out of the freezer and spoon 1/3 tsp peanut butter onto each cup, then divide the remaining chocolate over the 3 cups, then sprinkle a little bit of sea salt on top of each cup.

Place in the fridge for a few minutes, then eat and enjoy! Yummy!

ALTERNATIVE FILLINGS:

Almond butter
Mix some crushed Annies Bunny Grahams into the PB
Put a bit of banana into the cup with the PB
Coconut shavings and PB
Coconut oil, coconut shavings, and peppermint extract

The combinations are endless! :D
