Introduction

I took this recipe from the Xpress Redi Set Go recipe booklet, and changed it to make it half Whole wheat. Makes 12 servings. I took this recipe from the Xpress Redi Set Go recipe booklet, and changed it to make it half Whole wheat. Makes 12 servings.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups warm water.
    2 cups whole wheat Flour.
    2 cups white all purpose flour.
    1/4 oz. yeast, or one small packet.
    1 tsp sea salt, or reg. salt.
    Canola oil spray, optional.

Directions

Mix 2 cups warm water with yeast, stir. Then add salt, Whole wheat flour, white all purpose flour and salt. Mix for about 2 minuets and form a ball. Add into a bowl and let it rise for 2 hours. After the dough has risen, make 12 piece dough balls.

Use a bit of all purpose white flour and roll out into a pizza dough. Place it in an prayed canola oil dish, or small pan.

Dough balls can be added into small baggies and refrigerated for later use. Let the dough warm up before using if refrigerated. A bit of white flour can be used to remove dough from baggies.

Canola oil is mostly used for spraying the cooking plate, or pan. Olive oil can be used as well.

Will take 7 to 8 minuets in the Xpress Reddi Set Go, or preheat heat oven to 425 and add in a pizza pan for 12 minuets.
