Chicken and Bacon Casserole

Ingredients

1 chicken breast split and cut into strips
1 pound of bacon
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2 cups of cheddar cheese
1 box of stove top stuffing
Directions
Pan fry bacon. Reserve 1 tbsp of bacon grease and pan fry chicken breasts. Cook stuffing according to package directions. Layer chicken breasts, bacon, cream of mushroom soup, cheese and stuffing in a covered dutch over and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350. Serves 8.
