Number of Servings: 11

Ingredients

    12 oz lean ground beef.
    1 large onion, chopped.
    2 cans black beans
    2 cans chili hot beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
(actually, any combination of beans works fine..it will not alter the nutritional value by much if you make other choices to equal six cans)
    1 can corn

    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup barbecue sauce
    1/8 cup mustard
    1/8 cup molasses
    1 T chili powder
    salt & pepper to taste..optional

Directions

serving size = 1 cup

Brown the ground beef and onion in large skillet or dutch oven.
Drain (and rinse if needed) the six cans of beans and the one can of corn. Add to the beef/onion mixture. Add Ketchup, barbecue sauce, molasses, mustard and chili powder. Salt and pepper if desired.(we omit)

Stir all together and heat until bubbly and warm. Original recipe called for baking. Prep and cooking time are approximate.
