Banana Protein Shake (100 calories)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    One serving or 8oz to 10 oz of water
    1/4 of a 6 inch banana
    1/8 of one scoop of soy protein
    1/4 of one scoop of Whey protein
    1/8 of a tbsp of Metamucil fiber powder

Directions

In a blend add 1/4 of a banana for the right amount of carbohydrates. Also add some Metamucil fiber power for some great complex carbs. Add 1/4 of one scoop of whey protein for faster absorption, and 1/8 soy protein for slower absorption. Add 8 to 10 ounces of water. Add ice if you like it thick. Blend it for about 30 seconds without ice, and with ice blend for 1- 2 minutes or to which you prefer.
