Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb jennie-o ground turkey 7% fat or less!
    1 tbsp ground cumin seed
    2 tbsp chili powder (or packet of chili mix)
    1.5 cup red kidney beans
    1.5 cup black beans
    1.5 cup canned diced tomatoes w/chilies
    1 can tomato soup (11oz)
    1 cup diced raw onions
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 tbsp sour cream, reduced fat

    **DO NOT DRAIN THE CANNED ITEMS**

Directions

combine all the ingredients aside from the ground turkey, cheese & sour cream in a large pot. begin to cook on medium heat.

meanwhile, in a pan begin to cook your ground turkey until it is no longer pink. drain any fat you have. stir into your pot. cook for 30 minutes.

top with shredded cheese & sour cream (or whatever else you prefer). serve with a side of cornbread and fresh salad. enjoy!
