Ground Buffalo Meat, 16 oz
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 12 tsp
Garlic, 2 cloves
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix in salt and pepper to taste
Break it into four burgers
Broil it in the oven or throw it in the grill until cooked to your taste.
