Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large onions, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    1 red pepper chopped
    1 green pepper chopped
    3 cans diced tomatoes
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
    10 oz. frozen corn
    2 cans black beans
    1 cup taco sauce

Directions

Excellent! This is my first time using sparks for a recipe. So some of the amounts are kind of weird. It should be 1 cup taco sauce and 2 cans black beans that have been rinsed and drained. Also, I added 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes. Saute onions and garlic, add spices and put in the crock pot. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 10 hours.
