Matzo balls

Introduction

Great with chicken soup! Great with chicken soup!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup matzo meal
    4 large eggs
    1 tsp salt
    6 tbsp canola oil
    2 tbsp water

Directions

Mix ingredients with a fork. Start a pot of water boiling. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Make into balls about one inch diameter. Do not handle to much. Immediately place into pot of boiling water. Place lid on pot and boil on low for 20 minutes or more. Add balls to soup. Makes 16 servings of one matzo ball.
