1 C millet
2 C water
1 tsp Seitenbacher vegetable broth (optional)
Additional water for rinsing millet
Add millet to saucepan. Add 2 C water and vegetable broth. Bring to boil; then reduce to simmer. Cover pan and cook 25 minutes. Remove from heat. Let sit at least 5 minutes. Don't remove pan lid.
Fluff with a fork before serving.
Note: For a richer flavor, toast millet in a skillet before cooking.
