Meatloaf

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Yellow Mustard, 3 tsp or 1 packet (remove)
    Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce, 3 serving (remove)
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), .5 cup, crushed (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 4 tsp (remove)
    *Barbecue Sauce, .25 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tsp (remove)
    *McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)
    Bacon, 2 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 10 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Reserve bacon, ketchup and 2 tbsp Lea 7 Perrins. Blend remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Prepare 2 loaf pans, Press 1/2 of the mixture into each. In a small bowl, blend ketchup and lea & perrins. Glaze each loaf with the mixture, cut each bacon stip into 3 pieces, lay across meat loaf. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, drain the excess fat, the continue baking for 10-20 minutes, until desired brownness. Each loaf is 4 servings
