Ingredients

    Honeysuckle White Extra Lean Ground Breast of Turkey, 20 oz
    diced green chilis, 7 oz
    Onions, raw, 165 grams - on medium, chopped
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper chopped
    Garlic, 5 cloves minced
    Great Value Fire Roasted Tex Mex Style Diced Tomatoes 1 can
    Chicken Stock, Swanson Cooking, 33% less sodium, 2 cup World Table Roasted Salsa Verde 2/3 cup
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Pepper, cayenne, 1 tsp
    Lawry Seasoned Salt - only if desired
    Ranch Style Pinto Beans with Jalapeno Peppers, 15 oz

Directions

Heat large pan over medium high heat. Add one cup stock and turkey meat. Cook until turkey is browned (around 5 minues). Add onion, jalapeno and garlic and seasonings, cook an addition 3-5 minutes. Add final cup of stock and bring to boil. Cook for 15 minutes, or until almost all liquid is gone. Add remaining ingredients (tomatoes, chilis, salsa and beans) and bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat, cook for 30 minutes.

Serve with reduced fat cheese, green onions and cornbread(not included in nutritional information)

Makes 4 servings appr. 1.5 cups each.
