Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 Garlic Cloves
2 oz Dry Sherry or Cooking Wine
Reduced Fat Sour Cream
1 package Egg Noodles
Directions
Brown Turkey
Add Cream of Mushroom soup, Sherry, and if needed water.
Let cook while preparing noodles per directions.
Drain noodles and set aside.
Add Sour Cream and stir until blended.
Pour sauce over noodles mix well and serve hot.
