Peanut Butter Balls

Introduction

A quick and easy dessert. Really yummy, but not very good for you! A quick and easy dessert. Really yummy, but not very good for you!
Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    18 ounces peanut butter
    16 ounces powdered sugar
    1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
    12 ounced milk chocolate, melted

Directions

In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and graham crackers. Mash together until combined. Roll mixture into balls. Refrigerate until hardened, about 30 minutes. Dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate (or drizzle across the peanut butter balls) and set inside mini paper cup forms. Let the chocolate set before serving.
