Granola Snack Bars

Introduction

This is adapted from another member's recipe to factor how my family made it. This is adapted from another member's recipe to factor how my family made it.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    5 cups old fashioned oats (not quick)
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup local honey
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1/4 cup ground almond meal
    1/4 cup coconut
    1/4 cup crasins
    1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Directions

Mix all ingrediants in a large bowl. Press into a sprayed 10x14 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for appx 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into 24 pieces. Wrap in waxed paper and store in air tight container.
