Taco Rice Salad

Introduction

Just something I threw together for dinner once Just something I threw together for dinner once
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, large
    Ground beef, lean, 1lb
    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 2 cup
    Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 4 tsp

Directions

It probably makes about 8 or 10 one cup servings. I have it calculated out to be 10.

Get rice started.
Cook the ground beef and drain it, add the taco seasoning and cook according to the package
Once rice is done add to the ground beef
as that cools chop up the lettuce

I like to top it with a salsa and fat free sour cream mix, super yummy!
