Company Beef Stew

Ingredients

    2 lbs Beef stew meat
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom soup
    7 oz canned mushrooms
    1/2 cup red wine or red wine vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low heat 6-8 hours. Serve over rice, egg noodles or bread. Can add dollop of sour cream on top when serving if desired.
