1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup water
2 cups long-grain brown rice (quick cooking)
1 15ounce can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp dried cilantro
Mix rice, black beans, orange juice, cumin and cilantro.
