    Small Shrimp
    Veggie Sir-Fry 2 cups
    olive oil
    Teriyaki Sauce


Cook Carrots first til tender, add other veggies in olive oil, add chicken and shrimp, cook thoroughly. Add sauce to coat. Serve over brown rice.
