    Small Shrimp
    Veggie Sir-Fry 2 cups
    olive oil
    Teriyaki Sauce

Directions

Cook Carrots first til tender, add other veggies in olive oil, add chicken and shrimp, cook thoroughly. Add sauce to coat. Serve over brown rice.
