Turkey Tetrazzini

Introduction

A great way to use leftover turkey, but not likely to fit into any real "diet." A great way to use leftover turkey, but not likely to fit into any real "diet."
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups turkey meat, diced
    1 cup whole milk
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 tablespoons corn starch
    4 tablespoons butter, salted
    2 cups mushrooms, fresh
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (seasoned salt as a substitute)
    6 cups spaghetti, cooked
    Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste

Directions

Any dark turkey meat will change the overal nutritional values.

Melt butter over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add garlic and mushrooms. Saute uncovered untill mushrooms start to brown. Stir in turkey, milk, and Old Bay. Combine corn starch with broth and mix well. Add starch mixture to the skillet and increase heat to high. Bring to a boil and stir until sauce thickens. Reuce heat to low and serve over cooked spaghetti. Add parmesan to taste.
