Double M Vegetarian Chili

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 28oz Can diced tomatoes
    2 14.5oz Can of Chili Style tomatoes
    1 15oz Can Chili Hot beans
    1 15oz Can Kidney beans
    1 15oz Can Black beans
    1 Tbls Chili Sauce (like Heinz or Red Gold)
    1 Small onion (approx 1/2 cup)
    2 Ribs celery
    2 Tsp Chili powder (or to taste)
    1 Tsp Cumin
    Water to thin if needed

Directions

Makes Approx 12 Cup servings

1. Heat olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
2. Dice onions and celery, cook in pan until onions are translucent and celery is slightly soft. Add to crockpot.
3. Add canned beans and tomatoes along with seasonings.
4. Cook on high for 3 hours or 5-6 hours on low.
5. Water can be added to make chili less thick depending on taste.
