Ingredients

    Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain 1/3rd cup
    Milk, nonfat,2/3rd cup
    Brown Sugar, 1.5 tsp packed
    Banana, fresh, 1/2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Vanilla Extract, 0.5 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 0.5 tbsp
    salt - dash
    splenda - as needed

Directions

cook oatmeal in milk in microwave at high for 3 min
add salt, sugar, diced banana, vanilla and cocoa
serve hot, add splenda if needed
