Ingredients

    * *Bob's Red Mill Rolled Oats (Whole Grain), 3 cup
    * *Bob's Red Mill Ground Flax Meal, 2 tbsp )
    * *Gaspari Myofusion - Vanilla Protein, 4 serving )
    * *PB, Smuckers Natural Chunky, 6 tbsp
    * *Crasins - Ocean Spray Original (1 serving = 1/3 cup, 40grams), 2 serving
    * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
