Introduction

Use this oatmeal recipe and you won't need loads of sugar to make your healthy oatmeal edible!! Use this oatmeal recipe and you won't need loads of sugar to make your healthy oatmeal edible!!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 cups nonfat milk
    2 cups rolled oats
    2 tbsp brownsugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    4 tbsp wheat germ

Directions

In large saucepan, combine milk, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon. Bring to a boil and stir in rolled oats. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Stir in 4 tbsp wheat germ. Garnish with sliced strawberries and a little coconut!!
