Introduction

A light and simple fish taco. Serving size is 2 tacos, Nutrition is based upon 4 oz haddock; seasonings; .25 cup shredded lettuce; .20 cup Kraft 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend; 2 La Tortillas Whole Wheat Low Carb Tortillas and a lime. Of course, you will add and change the ingredients to add to your tacos but this is the base. A light and simple fish taco. Ingredients

    Haddock fillets 2
    La Tortilla Whole Wheat Tortillas
    2 limes
    lettuce
    tomato
    Kraft 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
    seasoning: cumin or JillyBee's sodium free taco seasoning

Directions

Place haddock fillet on a piece of aluminum foil sprayed with Pam; place on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle taco seasoning or cumin on the fillet. Slice lime, spray some lime juice and zest on each fillet and place lime slices over the filet. Fold foil over a packet. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.
