Beer Pot Roast

Ingredients

    2 1/2 Pounds chuck roast, all visible fat trimmed away
    1 onion, chopped
    2 C baby carrots
    4 small potatoes, cubed
    8 oz package fresh mushrooms
    1 can peas

Directions

Place roast, beer, and onion in a large pot. Cook on medium heat for 2-2 1/2 hours.

Add carrots and potatoes and cook for another 45 minutes.

Add mushrooms and peas and cook 15 minutes until mushrooms are cooked through.
