Introduction

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1fruit serving
    1 slice bread
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 pkg artificial sweetner
    cinnamon

Directions

Beat egg. Fold in other ingredients and pour into small baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 1 serving.
