Salmon Marinade

Ingredients

    1/2 C. Oil
    1 T. Garlic Powder
    1/2 t. Pepper
    1/3 C. Rye Whiskey or Bourbon
    4 T. Soy Sauce
    1 t. Salt
    1-1/2 T. Brown Sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Marinade filleted fish for 2 or more hours in the refrigerator. BB! with skin down on hot BBQ for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness.
