Introduction

Easy granola that bakes overnight. Easy granola that bakes overnight.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    * Oats, 3 cup (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp (remove)
    * *Raisins, golden seedless, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, .25 cup (remove)
    * Honey, .5 cup (remove)

Directions

mix oats, spices and raisins in melted butter and honey. spread onto an ungreased baking sheet. bake at 300 for 10 minutes with the oven on. turn off the oven and leave granola for 8 hours to bake. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN.

enjoy with yogurt and fruit!
