1 bunch of green onions, chopped
2 Bell Peppers, cut to bite size pieces
3-5 Carrots, chopped
1 bunch Celery, chopped
.5-1 head of Cabbage, chopped
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 Jalapeno (optional if you wan spice)
4 Broth cubes
12 C water
Spray cooking spray into saucepan.
Add green onions.
While sauteeing, chop bell peppers. Add to saucepan
Chop carrots and add to saucepan.
Chop celery and add to saucepan.
Dice Jalapeno and add to saucepan.
Chop cabbage and add to saucepan .
Chop tomatoes and add to saucepan.
Sautee all together for about 5 minutes.
Add 12 cups of water and broth cubes.
Bring to boil then reduce to low.
Simmer for two hours to be most effective.
Makes 7 - 2C servings
