Primal Salmon Cakes
IntroductionOne of my favorite breakfast foods. One of my favorite breakfast foods.
1 14-3/4 oz can Pink Salmon, drained
1/2 cup finely minced onion
1 large egg
3 tablespoons full-fat mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Creole Seasoning (not very spicy)
2-3 tablespoons salted butter for frying
Serving size is 4 cakes
1) Drain and chunk salmon
2) Add onion, egg, mayo, and seasoning. Mix well
3) Use a heaping tablespoon of the mixture for each cake.
4) Fry one side until browned (approx 2-3 minutes), Flip and repeat.
