Ingredients

    1 canned carrots
    1 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 T flour
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 stick melted butter

Directions

blend together in blender or mixer. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. This will serve 6 people.

makes 6 1 cup servings.
