Introduction

Hungry for great tasting noodles again. You won't be disappointed with these. This is a double batch and freezes well. Makes great chicken and noodle. Hungry for great tasting noodles again. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2/3 cup tapioca flour
    4 T. potato starch flour
    2/3 cup corn starch
    1 teaspoon salt
    4 eggs
    2 T oil
    2 T. Xanthan gum

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs and oil, mix well.. Kneed for several minutes on a board with cornstarch. Roll until thin and cut. Sprinkle with cornstarch for stickiness.Cook in boiled water for 10-20 min, until your desired tenderness. I use these for chicken and noodles and add the noodles to this broth.
