Introduction

just a basic soup base that i mix up and add things to when i feel the need too.. just a basic soup base that i mix up and add things to when i feel the need too..
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 celery ribs, diced
    2 medium carrots,diced
    1 16oz package mushrooms,sliced
    1 cup shitake mushrooms, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    2 bay leaves
    5 or 6 sprigs of fresh thyme
    1 package frozen spinach
    16 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 14.5 oz can light kidney beans
    1 14.5 oz can navy or pinto beans
    1 15.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
    4 cups low sodium chicken broth
    2 oz uncooked orzo pasta or any short shaped pasta
