Terrific turkey loaf

Introduction

I hate meatloaf as a rule. I loathe it in fact. But this one isn't too bad. you can tweak this recipe in a million different ways. This is how I make it for the family and they love it! Serve it with ketchup or bbq sauce for some extra flavor. If you are watching your sodium intake you must leave out the Montreal steak seasoning. Like I said, tweak this recipe to make our own. Ingredients

    3 lbs ground turkey
    1 1/2 cup Italian seasoning breadcrumbs
    1 tbs Worcheshire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
    2 medium eggs
    1/4 cup 2% milk
    4 tbs ground Flax seed (Optional calculated into recipe)

Directions

Preheat oven 375*.
Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, worscheshire sauce, flax seed and montreal steak seasoning. In separate bowl, beat eggs and milk, add to meat mix and moosh together. Place mixture in a Pam sprayed big baking dish (13"x9" glass). Shape mixture into 12"x3" loaf shape. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until temperature reaches 180*f. Use your themometer and cook to temp you are most comfrontable with. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into slices about an inch thick. Enjoy!
