Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

    3 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
    1 tablespoons olive oil
    1 head cauliflower, separated in florets
    1/3 cup grated Bretten cheese
    salt and black pepper
    chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Heat oven to 425. Mix cauliflower, oil, salt & pepper and garlic together well. Bake 25 minutes. Add cheese, parsley, garlic and bake 5 minutes more.
