This can be used as a smoothie base (just add milk) Fruit dip (serving sizes will be smaller) or by itself.

It makes approx 3 1 c. servings.

Ingredients

    Yogurt, Oikos (plain) organic greek yogurt, 1 cup
    jello single vanilla sugar free, 2 serving
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 1.25 cup, halves
    Blackberries, fresh, .5 cup

Directions

add fruit to food processor and chop/grind to almost liquid.
mix in with 1 c. Organic Greek Yogurt and Pudding Cups.

(note there will be seeds)
