Herbed Tilapia

Introduction

My boyfriend and I LOVE this dish. We could eat it every night. It has just the right amount of flavor. My boyfriend and I LOVE this dish. We could eat it every night. It has just the right amount of flavor.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 Tilapia filet, 4 oz each
    2 tbsp Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise
    Dash of salt
    Dash of black pepper
    4 sprigs fresh Dill weed, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1 Lemon

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375*. Prepare baking sheet and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Place tilapia filets (skin side down, if there is skin). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Spread mayonnaise on top of each filet. Sprinkle chopped dill and parsley on each.

4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and squeeze a little fresh lemon juice on the filets.

**Serve with rice and, if desired, any extra lemon for decoration.
