Introduction

Roasted vegetables become caramelized goodness! Roasted vegetables become caramelized goodness!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2pds. of carrots cut in 1/2" slices or use Baby carrots and skip the cutting
    1Tbsp Canola oil
    1tsp Course or Sea salt

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees
Place carrots in bowl and toss with oil to coat
Place carrots in pan one layer deep
Lightly sprinkle salt over carrots and place in preheated oven
Bake for approx. 50 minutes stirring once half-ways through Serve while hot!
