Pita Pizza

Ingredients

    1 Large Pita Bread
    25g Pizza Sauce
    25g Diced Tomato
    10g Sliced Onion
    100g Can pinapple pieces
    55g sliced/diced lean ham
    35g Grated Cheese

Directions

Spread Pizza Sauce over the Pita Bread on an oven proof tray.
Place diced tomato, sliced onion, pinapple pieces and lean ham on top of the sauced up pita bread.
Sprinkle the cheese over the entire pizza.
Place in moderate to hot oven 190 - 200 degrees celcius until cheese has melted.
Yum Yum!!!
