Peppered Beef Tips

Ingredients

    1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Soup- Campbell's French Onion Soup
    1.5 lbs Beef, top sirloin, cubed
    1 Raw White Onion , sliced
    3 Fresh Garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp Pepper, black
    3 tbsp Olive oil

    1 cups Minute rice or brown rice, prepared

Directions

Cook beef with salt, garlic and onion in the olive oil. Add soups and pepper. Let simmer for 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
