400g can lentil soup (not a concentrated type)
150ml chicken of vegetable stock (low sodium)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
1 red chilli, finely chopped
4 sweet potatoes (about 5 inches each) Peeled and chopped into small pieces
2 handfuls of spinach, shredded.
Stir in the spinach and cook for a minute until wilted.
