Greek Marinaded Chicken and Veggies.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces cubed
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup
    Gazebo Room Greek Dressing about 1/2-3/4 cup (i let the bottle settle and pour off almost all of the oil, and only use the remaining part with the spices. )

Directions

Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Cube chicken and chopp vegetables.
Place into a bowl or zip lock bag
Pour in marinade - (i let the bottle settle and pour off almost all of the oil, and only use the remaining part with the spices. )
Let sit for 30-60 minutes.
Cover a baking sheet with alluminum foil
Spread chicken and vegetables over the foil and place in the oven on the rack closest to the heat.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the dges of the vegetables are browing and the chicken is cooked through.

This can also be done on the grill :)
