Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * Yogurt, plain, low fat, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 12 berry
    * Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    * Apple juice, unsweetened, 200 mL
    * H & B 90% protein powder (soya) -20g scoop
    * *Ice Cube, 1 serving

Directions

zap all ingredients in a blender until smoother and creamy.

You could replace the apple juice with water, and this would reduce the calories by 98 kcals for the total recipe.
